Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Reduction

Mindfulness is moment-to-moment, non-judgmental awareness, cultivated by paying attention. It arises naturally out of living and can be strengthened through practice. Sometimes this practice is called Meditation. Find out more about this powerful way of reducing stress by learning how to better manage your mind and stay in touch with what is bountiful in your life. Each course section meets for 4 consecutive weeks and includes instruction and practice of Mindfulness Meditation and other Mind/Body techniques. Limited to 12 students. Attendance at all 4 classes are required.
